Retail Orders:
Our books are available through bookstores, online retailers, libraries, and academic institutions worldwide through our global distribution framework. For any customer service inquiries related to retail purchases, please contact the customer service department of the specific retailer or institution where the book was purchased. Each retailer maintains its own support policies and fulfillment procedures.
Wholesale Orders:
All customized and wholesale book volumes produced under our Collaborative Legacy Publishing® Signature Program are manufactured on a custom, per-order basis and are therefore non-refundable. To ensure absolute production quality for your clients, customers, and donors, we provide a sample verification copy for your review prior to fulfillment. If you experience any delivery issues with your bulk order, please email your current point of contact, and we will assist you promptly.
