2. Intellectual Property, Service Mark, and Trademark Protection

Collaborative Legacy Publishing® is a proprietary Signature Program and federally protected Service Mark and Trademark owned and administered exclusively by Rymor Publishing Group LLC. You are granted a highly restricted, limited license solely for viewing authorized material on this website and submitting authorized input when applicable.
3. Proprietary Process and Trade Secret Protection
You expressly acknowledge that all step by step guidance, structures, editorial frameworks, intake prompts, questionnaires, and targeted interview materials administered by this firm constitute active, proprietary Trade Secrets of Rymor Publishing Group LLC, protected under the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA).
Users, prospects, contributors, and featured participants are strictly prohibited from replicating, distributing, sharing, publishing, or exposing these curated questions, concepts, or operational workflows to any third party or rival publishing entity outside of the specific book project for which they were provided.
4. Compilation Ownership and Participant Content Grant
By submitting content, participants grant Rymor Publishing Group LLC an exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty free license to compile, edit, publish, and distribute all submissions across all media platforms. Rymor Publishing Group LLC retains full and sole editorial control over the final publication, including complete ownership of the combined, finished work.
